Terms and Conditions of 888ee – Full Platform Usage Rules

By accessing, creating an account on, or using any service provided by the 888ee platform, you expressly confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to all Terms & Conditions set out in this document, as well as our Privacy Policy and the rules of Responsible Gambling.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not create an account or use 888ee's services. Continued use of the platform after changes to the Terms and Conditions will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 888ee regarding use of the platform. Previous versions are automatically revoked upon publication of a new version; the date of the latest update is always shown at the top of this document.

To register and use 888ee's services, users must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age at the time of registration;
• Be a resident of Brazil and hold a valid CPF issued by the Receita Federal;
• Not be registered on any voluntary gambling or betting exclusion list;
• Not be an employee, service provider, or immediate family member of a 888ee staff member;
• No previously closed 888ee account due to a terms violation.

888ee reserves the right to request supporting documents for identity, address, and bank account ownership at any time. Failure to provide the requested documents may result in temporary or permanent account suspension, with any pending withdrawals frozen until the matter is resolved.

Each user may hold one active account only on 888ee. Creating duplicate accounts — even with different details — for the purpose of claiming multiple welcome bonuses or circumventing restrictions applied to a previous account is strictly prohibited.

Users are solely responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential — including email, password, and any additional authentication factors. 888ee is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from a user's failure to safeguard their credentials.

Your account is personal and non-transferable. Sharing access with third parties, selling, transferring, or assigning your account to another person is strictly prohibited. If account sharing is detected, the account may be closed without prior notice and the balance may be frozen for review.

Users must keep their account details up to date — especially their email, phone number, and Pix key for withdrawals. Outdated information can cause withdrawal delays and support issues. Updates can be made directly in the account settings area on 888ee.

All deposits at 888ee are made in Brazilian reais (BRL). The platform does not accept deposits in other currencies. The payment methods available for deposits are:

• Pix — instant credit, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week;
• Boleto bancário — credited within 1 business day after payment;
• Credit card — instant credit, subject to your card provider's approval;
• Debit card — instant credit;
• PicPay — instant credit;
• Mercado Pago — instant credit.

The minimum amount per deposit is R$ 20.00. There is no set maximum limit; however, deposits above certain amounts may require additional identity verification in accordance with regulatory requirements.

888ee does not charge fees on deposits. Any fees charged by your financial institution (bank or card provider) are the user's responsibility and are outside 888ee's control.

Withdrawals at 888ee are processed primarily via Pix, with a processing time of up to 5 minutes after the request is approved. The Pix key registered on the account must belong to the user and be linked to the same CPF used during registration.

The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 30,00. 888ee charges no fees on withdrawals. Users may be asked to verify their identity before their first withdrawal or for high-value withdrawals — this verification is part of our security and fraud prevention protocols.

Withdrawals of bonus-derived balances are only permitted after the full rollover conditions for the corresponding bonus have been met. Sports betting balances without a bonus attached may be withdrawn without any additional restrictions beyond standard identity verification.

• Pix — processed in up to 5 minutes, every day;
• TED transfer — Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, Caixa — within 1 business day;
• PicPay and Mercado Pago — processing within up to 30 minutes.

In cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, or breach of terms, 888ee may temporarily hold pending withdrawals for up to 30 days for investigation. The user will be notified by email if a hold is placed.

888ee offers bonuses and promotions subject to specific conditions, always clearly communicated before activation. The general conditions that apply to all platform bonuses are:

• The welcome bonus has 5x rollover on the bonus amount, with a 30-day period;
• Unused bonuses or those whose rollover has not been completed within the deadline are automatically cancelled with no refund;
• The VIP Program weekly cashback has no rollover and can be withdrawn immediately;
• Each bonus is valid for one account per CPF, address, device, and IP address;
• 888ee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or end any promotion at any time, with notice posted on the platform.

Detection of promotional abuse — such as creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, arrangements between users to manipulate outcomes, or the use of automation software — will result in the immediate cancellation of bonuses and may lead to permanent account closure.

Sports bets on 888ee are settled at the odds in effect at the moment the user confirms the bet slip. Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or changed, except in cases where 888ee makes the cash-out feature available.

Bets are only considered valid once confirmed in the system. In the event of a technical failure that prevents a bet from being processed correctly, 888ee will refund the wagered amount to the user's account.

888ee covers all major Brazilian and international sporting competitions, including Brasileirão Série A, Copa Libertadores, Copa do Brasil, Superliga de Vôlei, NBB de Basquete, UFC/MMA, e-sports, and over 30 sports. Market and event availability may vary by season.

• Live Betting — odds are updated in real time and may change or be suspended during the event;
• Cancelled Events — bets on events cancelled before they start are fully refunded;
• Suspended Events — bets on events suspended after kick-off follow the specific rules for each sport, as detailed in the platform's betting rules section;
• Odds errors — 888ee reserves the right to void bets placed at incorrect odds resulting from a technical error, with a full refund of the amount wagered.

The casino games available on 888ee — including slots, live casino with Portuguese-speaking dealers, crash games such as Aviator and Spaceman, roulette, baccarat, and live poker — are provided by licensed suppliers and regularly audited by independent bodies.

Casino games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG), ensuring that outcomes are unbiased and cannot be predicted or manipulated by any party. The RTP (return to player percentage) for each game is made available within the respective games as required by regulation.

888ee is not liable for losses resulting from interruptions to the user's own internet connection during a gaming session. In the event of a confirmed technical failure on 888ee's servers, any balance wagered during the outage will be refunded.

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited on the 888ee platform:

• Creating more than one account or using someone else's account;
• Providing false information during registration or verification processes;
• Using automation software, bots, or any technology to gain an unfair advantage in betting or casino games;
• Placing coordinated bets with other users to manipulate outcomes or exploit promotions abusively (abusive match-betting);
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity;
• Making deposits using third-party payment methods or methods not registered under the account holder's name;
• Threatening, harassing, or insulting support staff or other users;
• Attempting to access systems, databases, or accounts belonging to other 888ee users.

If any of these behaviors are identified, the result may be immediate account suspension, cancellation of bonuses and any pending balances arising from irregular activity, and notification to the relevant authorities where required by law.

888ee may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following situations:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• The user's own request for self-exclusion or voluntary account closure;
• Detection of fraudulent activity, suspected money laundering, or use of false information;
• Order from a judicial or regulatory authority;
• Extended account inactivity for more than 12 months, with prior notice by email.

Users may request voluntary account closure at any time through 888ee support — via live chat, email, or WhatsApp. If the account has an available balance at the time of closure, the amount will be processed via Pix within 5 business days after identity verification is confirmed.

In the event of account closure due to a terms violation, 888ee reserves the right to retain any balances derived from bonuses or from activity that breached the terms, with no obligation to issue a refund.

888ee believes betting should be a form of entertainment — and that healthy entertainment starts with information and control. The platform provides the following responsible gambling tools to all users:

• Deposit limits — daily, weekly, and monthly limits, configurable by the user directly in the account area;
• Loss limits — the maximum losses acceptable within a period set by the user;
• Play time — session time alerts and limits;
• Temporary self-exclusion — account lock for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 6 months;
• Permanent self-exclusion — permanent account closure with no possibility of re-registration.

Changes required by legal or regulatory obligations may be implemented on shorter notice, with users notified as soon as possible. The date of the latest update is always shown at the top of this document.

Continued use of the 888ee platform after updated Terms take effect constitutes automatic acceptance of the revised conditions. If you do not agree with the new terms, you must request account closure before the changes come into effect.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Brazilian laws applicable to the online entertainment and sports betting sector, including Law No. 14,790/2023 and the regulations issued by the Ministry of Finance for the fixed-odds betting market in Brazil.

Any dispute arising from the use of 888ee's services that cannot be resolved amicably through the platform's support team will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Federative Republic of Brazil, in the user's place of domicile, as provided by the Consumer Protection Code (Lei nº 8.078/1990).
